We maintain Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) to ensure 100% network availability at all times.

Services under BTS Maintenance are as follows:

  • Preventive Maintenance

This involves normal routine equipment checks and repairs such as Generator Servicing (changing oil, battery and filters), meter readings, dust blowing from equipments, general site cleanness, alarm testing, air condition service and general site equipment service.

  • Fueling-Supply & Delivery

We supply and deliver fuel to Sites as per agreed quantities with the client and as per Service Level Agreement (SLA). This is done to ensure proper back up in case the main power supply is unavailable or intermittent.

  • Corrective Maintenance

We attend immediately to all alarms as guided by the client’s NOC.

  • Spare Parts Management/Supply/replacement

We establish and evaluate site spares need, report to the client and on approval ensure timely supply and replacement. All replaced items are then taken back to the client’s warehouse for either repair or disposal as the case may be.

  • Generator Overhauls and Deployments

Based on agreed run hours with client or in the event of a sudden engine knock, and on approval, we overhaul generators. We also do generator upgrades and replacements.

  • Facility Management/Site rehabilitation works

We do site rehabilitation works; Wall repairs, Tower repainting & strengthening, gate alignment and repainting, culvert works, grounding/earthing, Electric fence installations/repairs/overhaul, back-filling, equipment repairs among other rehabilitation works.

  • Rigging Works

We have well trained riggers for all rigging works.

  • Fumigation

This is done when the site is infested by bees or other insects.
